Dear customers and partners,
Another year is coming to an end and 2025 has certainly been a year of change.
The world around us is evolving rapidly. New technologies, new expectations and new opportunities are shaping our industry.
Especially in software, IT and development, we are experiencing profound transformation from modern platforms and architectures to the growing influence of artificial intelligence on how we work.
At the same time, many changes have taken place within our own organisation. We have grown, continued to develop, challenged existing approaches and explored new paths. Along the way, we have learned a great deal.
Change is not always easy, but it is essential and in 2025, we embraced it together.
None of this would have been possible without you. Thank you for your trust, your collaboration, the open dialogue and the exciting projects we were able to realise together. Your partnership has played a key role in helping us grow and move forward.
As in previous years, we are refraining from sending Christmas gifts and are instead making donations to organizations and associations that are close to our hearts as MINOVA and as employees.
Therefore we are accompanying the Advent season with our MINOVA Calendar.
A small reminder before we close: there will be a special surprise waiting for you on December 24th.
